Santander launches four-year fixed rate for loyal movers

On Friday 24th September, existing Santander customers moving home will be able to benefit from a new market leading 4-year fixed at 4.75 per cent with a £495 booking fee, reduced by £500.

The product, part of the Santander Loyal Movers range, is available to existing mortgage customers and comes with Santander's Homebuyer Solution which includes free basic valuation and £250 cashback. It is available through both Santander and Alliance & Leicester branches and via the telephone.

For loyal customers seeking a shorter term, Santander also has a market-leading two-year fix at 3.99 per cent 80% LTV, which has no fee and also comes with the Homebuyer Solution.
