Sportsworld, the hospitality, travel and event service specialists, has been appointed as an official hospitality provider to NFL On Location for Super Bowl XLV.

The appointment enables Sportsworld to market and sell Official ‘ticket inclusive’ Hospitality Packages for Super Bowl XLV which is being held at Cowboys Stadium in North Texas on Sunday 6th February 2011.

Super Bowl XLV will be the 45th Super Bowl Championship, played annually between the champions of the AFC and NFC, the two conferences of the NFL, to determine the champion of American Football. This will be the first time that the Super Bowl will be held in North Texas and as the Super Bowl is a world-class event, it demands a world-class venue. The Dallas Cowboys’ Stadium, which newly opened in Arlington in 2009 is highly regarded as state-of-the-art and ‘Super Bowl-ready’ with dedicated entertainment areas, luxury suites, retractable roof and the largest TV screen installation in the world.

Sportsworld is excited to be officially servicing the UK and European market with 3-night hotel, ticket and hospitality packages to such a prestigious and unique event. Chad Lion-Cachet, Sportsworld’s Chief Executive says, “This truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity to wow clients, incentivise staff or simply treat yourself and some friends to the ultimate and most sought after sports event on earth”.

Sportsworld is offering a choice of packages to the event which include an official Game Ticket (within a choice of seat locations); a choice of match-day hospitality located within the stadium (pre and post-game) or adjacent to it (pre-game only) which includes a full premium menu, open bar and player appearances; 3 nights’ hotel accommodation at the 3* Holiday Inn Market Centre Dallas (Friday 4th – Sunday 6th February); airport and match day transfers; exclusive Super Bowl XLV programme; express stadium access on game day; in-stadium merchandise coupons; plus more. Package prices start from £2, 600 per person. Flights from your chosen airport, extended stays and sightseeing trips can also be added.

Super Bowl XLIV, held at Sun Life Stadium in South Florida in February 2010 saw the New Orleans Saints beat the Indianapolis Colts 31 – 17 in a historic victory, with the Saints winning the Super Bowl for the very first time. It also broke all TV viewing records with more people watching Super Bowl XLIV than any other show in the history of TV. An estimated 151 million people total tuned in to see who would lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2010.

Lion-Cachet adds “Super Bowl Sunday is a special occasion. The UK has some great sporting events, but there is nothing quite like being at the Super Bowl; savoring all the traditions, half time entertainment and pageantry, as well discovering the delights that North Texas has to offer. Cowboys Stadium is a superb venue for 2011 and we are thrilled to be working with NFL On Location to offer such an awesome spectacle to our UK and European based clients”.
