Monet is a picture of bliss at Beaufort Vale

A move to the perfect family home at Beaufort Vale was a dream well worth waiting for according to Laura Blaber and husband Dan.
Falling in love with the six bedroom Monet house was easy for the couple and their two children. During a visit to the David Wilson Homes development in Siston they became smitten with the townhouses and flexible living optins and couldn’t resist making an offer for the impressive family home.
“We were thrilled to find such a beautiful home on a development that we were already intent on moving to,” said Laura (38). “It didn’t take long for us to decide that this was the home in which we were going to bring up our children.
“It was especially exciting because we were expecting our third child at the time – and we were already imagining them all running around in all that space. The Monet was perfect for us.”
The Monet is an impressive six bedroom house – offering spacious living accommodation on three floors. Even the largest of families find themselves surrounded by a sense of space as they make their way through the generously thought-out lounge, living room, dining room and kitchen.
And morning queues for the bathroom have been banished here. As well as two family bathrooms, two of Monet’s bedrooms offer en suite facilities.
“This was absolutely the house for us and our first challenge was to sell our existing home,” said Laura. “We waited and waited but one by one the Monet homes were being snapped up.
Not content to walk away from their dream home, the Blaber family kept in touch with the sales team at Beaufort Vale. “They were fantastic,” said Laura. “Then, all of a sudden everything happened for us. We sold our home and one of the Monet homes was still available so we bought it – just like that.”
Laura, Dan and their (now) three children finally moved in to their new home during 2010. “It was a Piccadilly Circus of tradespeople and staff from the development, all doing their bit to make sure our move was a good one,” she said. “I can’t praise them enough.’’
Situated close to the countryside with some of the homes overlooking Siston Common, Beaufort Vale is ideally located for popular schools, local shops and the A4174 ring road providing links to nearby amenities, the M32 and Bristol city centre.
“I am delighted Mr and Mrs Blaber are so happy in their new home – and that the team at Beaufort Vale has played such a big role in helping them realise this dream,” said Russell Glimstead, sales director for David Wilson Homes. “I wish them every happiness at this superb development where the focus on homes remaining is very much family living with flexible accommodation.”
