Murder and mystery await buyers at Copper Quarter

21st October 2010 Print

Homebuyers in Swansea could be in with a fright when they visit Copper Quarter this month – but the spooky atmosphere won’t have anything to do with the quality of the superb homes on offer.

The Barratt development is hosting a special Halloween celebration on Thursday 28 October and is inviting potential buyers to get in to the spirit of things by taking part in the fun activities planned.

“Neighbourhoods across the region will all be getting involved in the fun and frolics of Halloween – so it is only fitting that we make a start here at Copper Quarter,” said Barratt sales director, Adrian Bird.

“It provides a taster of the community spirit present at Barratt sites in Wales and gets buyers involved right from the beginning. Without giving too much away, this event will focus on murder mystery – with a host of ghoulish creatures and a supply of spooky culinary treats for our visitors too.”

Those attending will also get the chance to explore the selection of eye-catching new one, two and three bedroom homes at the development – and a team of experts will be on-hand to provide advice on any aspect of the homebuying process.

“This is an excellent chance for buyers to come and see us for an informal chat about this outstanding development. It promises to be a fun day – and the team here is looking forward to welcoming visitors for a celebration with a difference this Halloween,” said Adrian.

Copper Quarter is set in a riverside environment with landscaped areas for residents and walks along the River Tawe. Nearby Swansea, birthplace of poet Dylan Thomas and actress Catherine Zeta Jones, is a lively and vibrant maritime city and regional shopping centre.

Only a stone's throw away, the Victorian resort of Mumbles offers a fantastic array of attractions including a pier, traditional boutiques, craft shops and ice-cream parlours.

For further details on current availability at Copper Quarter visit the sales office, open daily from 11am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
