'Performance beyond compliance' award for Peveril

Kevin Pickering, Site Manager for Peveril Homes is flying the flag for the developer after being awarded ‘performance beyond compliance’ in the Considerate Constructor Scheme. The scheme is a national initiative set up by the construction industry.

All sites and companies that register are then monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

Kevin was measured on the following categories and scored at least 4 out of 5 in all of them to receive this certificate:

Considerate, Environment, Cleanliness, Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safe, Responsible and Accountable.
