Thursday 23rd December:
Arrive to a welcoming glass of mulled wine.
In the evening you will have the opportunity to meet your hosts and fellow guests over the "Tasting Dinner", five courses of superb Signature Restaurant dishes accompanied by fine wines to compliment the food.

Friday 24th December, Christmas Eve
After breakfast you can join (optional) a guided walk with mulled wine and cake taking in breathtaking views before being welcomed back to afternoon tea. The evening will begin with a Champagne Reception and canapés before a candlelit dinner in the Signature Restaurant accompanied by pianist with festive tunes.

Saturday 25th December, Christmas Day
Christmas Day will begin with a continental style breakfast, then prepare for a fabulous 6 course Christmas Gala Luncheon with all the traditional trimmings and seasonal touches and a glass of champagne. After lunch relax with some delicious homemade Christmas cake. The evening can be spent relaxing with a tempting buffet and games in the lounges.

Sunday 26th December, Boxing Day
Start the morning with a hearty Bucks Fizz Brunch, ahead of the famous annual Duck Race on The River Rothay, where there will be many prizes to be won as well as mulled wine and mince pies for the river bank supporters. A 5 course Banquet Dinner will then be served in the Coleridge Suite with music and dancing.

Monday 27th December
It's time for breakfast and farewells or you may wish to extend your stay and enjoy a special private viewing of Wordsworth's Dove Cottage by candlelight.
