People looking for a brand new home in Kilwinning can discover the ‘best of both worlds’ appeal of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection with a visit to Whitehirst Grange.

The traditional looking homes, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, but with bright modern interiors styled for 21st century family living are now available to buy ‘off plan’.

And from mid-November potential purchasers will be able to look inside a four-bedroom ‘Crieff’ show home, dressed to impress by a team of professional interior designers.

Mary McHutchison, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Scotland) commented: “Research with customer focus groups tells us that being able to view a show home is an ‘essential’ part of the home buying process. And while some have the confidence to buy ‘off plan’, others can’t visualise the layout without viewing a show home and see it as essential to establish the quality and finish of the properties.

“Customers like to imagine themselves living in a show home and many choose to replicate the look that our teams of professional interior designers have created.”

The ‘Crieff’ show home will demonstrate how the traditional designs of the Arts and Crafts movement have been brought up to date for modern family living.

“The New Heritage Collection blends the charm of an older property with the style and convenience of a brand new one. Family friendly and fashionable features include open plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling height cabinets and top brand name appliances, plus desirable bathrooms with quality fixtures and fittings,” Mary explained.

“Customers get the best of both worlds – a new home that has exterior features reminiscent of an older, ‘character’ property but is right up to date inside.”

New-build homes are more energy efficient than their older second hand counterparts, which means homeowners could save money on their utility bills. And because everything’s brand new they won’t be inheriting someone else’s decor or DIY disasters, but will enjoy the peace of mind of a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty.

Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a short drive from the Ayrshire coast, Whitehirst Grange has plenty to offer home buyers with excellent leisure facilities including country parks, top golf courses and sandy beaches, plus good schools nearby.

Kilwinning is also close to the neighbouring towns of Irvine, Stevenston and Kilmarnock

To be among the first to see inside the show home, visit Whitehirst Grange in Whitehirst Park Road from mid-November.
