Taylor Wimpey launches new Chillington development

Taylor Wimpey Exeter is looking forward to the launch of its latest development, Helmers Meadow in Chillington, taking place at its newly appointed agents Marchand Petit in Kingsbridge.
Interested house hunters keen to be amongst the first to view plans and development information are being invited to join the sales team for light refreshments at the launch, taking place at Marchand Petits office in Kingsbridge between 5 & 7.30pm on November 12th.
Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “We’re delighted to be preparing for the launch of Helmers Meadow, especially as we have the experienced team at Marchand Petit on board. The development is only small and we’re expecting interest to be high, so with this in mind I’d encourage those keen to find out more to come along to the launch or risk missing out.”
Andrew Biggs, manager from Marchand Petit, adds: “Being appointed as the official agents for Helmers Meadow is fantastic and we look forward to talking our customers through the range of high quality homes that are going to be available.”
Located on the coastal road between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, Chillington offers its residents the best of both worlds, a quiet village location close to a wide range of tourist attractions including the beautiful South Hams coast, Slapton nature reserve and Salcombe Estuary at nearby Frogmore Creek.
The village itself features a host of everyday amenities including a local shop and post office, a traditional butcher’s, health centre, hairdressers and Public House. Families are well catered for as there are primary schools close by in the neighbouring villages of Stokenham and West Charleton and nearby Kingsbridge and Dartmouth both have secondary schools.
