New Redrow homes at Heritage Gardens in Tipton are proving popular.

Black Country homebuyers have given new Redrow homes their seal of approval, snapping up 11 properties in just two months.

The award-winning housebuilder launched its Heritage Gardens venture in Tipton at the end of August and since then has seen a flurry of interest from purchasers.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “We’ve had a steady stream of visitors through the doors of our show homes at Heritage Gardens over the weeks and this is reflected in our fantastic sales rate. The success we’ve seen at Heritage Gardens proves that despite some of the doom and gloom around the housing market, there is still a demand for quality built new homes in the right location.”

The New Heritage Collection homes in Tipton are designed with 21st century living in mind and boast family friendly features with convivial open plan layouts.

Among the available properties is the ‘Stratford’, on the market from £199,995.

This appealing home boasts a combined kitchen-diner that’s perfect for family meals or entertaining, plus a separate lounge to kick back and relax in. Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite to complement the family bathroom.

Buyers who only need three bedrooms could easily convert the fourth into a playroom for young children or a home office or study for parents and teenagers to work in.

“At Redrow we understand the importance of having a home that meets the needs of your lifestyle and works for you rather than the other way round. In fact our New Heritage Collection was designed in response to feedback from customers who said they wanted a traditional looking two-storey home with lots of external character, but with a high quality interior specification suited to modern family living,” Pauline explained.

“All of our homes feature fashionable kitchens with floor to ceiling units offering plenty of storage plus the convenience of integrated top brand name appliances; while sleek modern bathrooms enjoy quality fixtures and fittings that are pleasing to the eye.”

Prices at Heritage Gardens start from £176,995 for a three-bedroom home.

Set in the heart of the Black Country, close to the centre of Tipton, the development boasts good transport links by road and rail. Heritage Gardens is a haven for commuters as it’s within walking distance of Tipton railway station with trains whisking passengers into Birmingham in less than 20 minutes.

To see what’s making Heritage Gardens so popular, head along to the development in Upper Church Lane, where a trio of show homes can be viewed daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
