House hunters hoping to snap up one of the final Redrow homes in the Northamptonshire market town of Desborough should act fast before it’s too late.

With just a handful of homes remaining at Redrow @ The Grange would-be purchasers with an existing property to sell may fear they’ve missed the chance to call the popular development ‘home’. However with part-exchange those who act now could move up the ladder to one of the final property without even having to find a buyer for their old home.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “Buying a home is a major commitment and buyers understandably want to take their time, but as we’re now fast approaching the end of this popular development those who leave it too long could find that they’ve missed out.”

The final homes offer a choice of four-bedroom homes in two different styles, with prices from £223,250.

Designed with modern family living in mind, they boast contemporary kitchens with the convenience of integrated appliances plus floor to ceiling units offering plenty of storage; while sleek bathrooms and en-suites benefit from quality fixtures and fittings.

Customers can choose from the traditional two-storey ‘Tamar’ or the ‘Walkham’, which is set out over three floors to bring an added dimension and a degree of flexibility to your living arrangements. For example one of the two bedrooms on the top floor could be utilised as a playroom, second lounge or a study.

“If you’ve got a property to sell we may be able to help you move up the property ladder to one of the final family homes at Redrow @ The Grange with the offer of part-exchange,” Pauline explained.

“Part-exchange takes away the hassle of having to find a buyer as we buy your old home so that you can buy one of ours. It means you don’t have to worry about getting entangled in a complicated chain and we’ll even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day,”

Also available is a one-bedroom ‘Affric’ coach house style apartment, on the market at £97,950.

The development is well served by local amenities in the town of Desborough, plus additional facilities in the nearby towns of Kettering and Market Harborough. Good motorway links means it’s also well placed for commuting.

To be in with a chance of snapping up one of the remaining homes at this sought-after location, visit the sales office and show home, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
