Persimmon creates a house to come home to at Briars Walk

With Christmas cards and decorations already in the shops, it’s hard to escape the fact that the festive season is upon us and we’ll soon be exercising our credit cards frantically buying gifts for friends and family.

If you’re aspiring to move home but think that now might not be the best time to splash out on a new house, Persimmon Homes has a few words of comfort.

David Hodgson, sales director for Persimmon Homes East Midlands, states: “With Christmas just a few weeks away, many people start to think that they’ve missed the boat in terms of moving into a new home in time for the big day, while others may feel they can’t really afford it at this time of year, but that doesn’t need to be the case. We have a number of properties that will be ready for those wanting to move in before Christmas at our ever popular Frognall development, Briars Walk.”

Briars Walk not only offers a beautiful selection of four and five bedroom executive houses, but on the last remaining homes available the company is promoting its Move in for Christmas incentives, designed to help househunters move into one of the attractive homes with ease.

Homebuyers can choose one or more of the following incentives*, which are plot specific:

• Seven day Part Exchange scheme, bought at 100 per cent market value of the property, to remove the hassle of selling an existing house
• Zero per cent mortgage for a whole 12 months
• A stylish carpet, curtains and light fittings package
• Up to £2,000 paid towards legal fees

One housetype which has been impressing househunters and comes complete with Persimmon’s Christmas Move incentives is the four bedroom Rossington townhouse. With features including a dual aspect lounge, separate dining room and open plan kitchen on the ground floor, plus a master bedroom with en suite shower room, three well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom, it’s easy to see why this popular design is being snapped up.

The Rossington is priced from £249,995 and Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme means that purchasers can move into their beautiful new home sooner rather than later.

David concludes: “Christmas is an ideal time to socialise and be with family, so what better way to celebrate the festive season than with showing off your brand new Persimmon home.”

Briars Walk is situated in the beautiful village of Frognall, which is located on the banks of the River Welland and hosts a number of activities and attractions to keep the whole family entertained. From farmers markets and shops to country walks, fishing spots and cycle paths for the more active.

The development is located within easy reach of the A15, A1 and A16. Neighbouring Peterborough’s train station offers a 45 minute commute to London and 80 minutes to York.

If you’re interested in the homes available, visit the marketing suite open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.

*To qualify, purchasers need to be in a position to exchange contracts before 10th December and legally complete by 23rd December.
