TD Waterhouse Corporate Services partners with Irish Life
TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe), part of TD Waterhouse, which is a subsidiary in the TD Bank Financial Group, announces a new partnership with Irish Life, one of Ireland's largest and most successful financial organisations.
TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe) - ("TDWCS") - will provide full outsourcing for Irish Life's Self Invested Fund ("SIF") product. This will enable Irish Life's customers to benefit from an award winning multi-asset, multi-market web platform with full Euro functionality at competitive prices of only €15 for online trades. The new partnership is the first to involve cross site co-operation, combining TD Waterhouse's corporate operations in Birmingham with its investor contact centre in Leeds, which will take trade calls from Irish Life clients to provide a full range of SIF services.
Jason Robinson, Director of Operations, TD Waterhouse Corporate Services (Europe) comments: "It is testament to our broad scope of services that Irish Life has chosen TD Waterhouse Corporate Services to support its Self Invested Fund. It has been a successful year largely due to our excellent customer service and unique applications which allow customers to access a wide variety of investment solutions on a flexible and scalable platform.
"The fact that we support a market leading pension product through our back-office operations in Birmingham and combine this with full telephone support to Irish Life clients through our call centre in Leeds demonstrates the efficiencies that have been developed between the corporate services and retail business since TD Waterhouse Corporate Services launched last year.
The SIF is part of Irish Life's Complete Solutions Company and Personal Pension range of plans. The minimum investment is €20,000 and trades are managed through TDWCS as part of Irish Life's execution-only service. There is a flat fee of €15 for online trades and €30 for telephone orders. Irish Life's customers can manage their SIF online and trade in Irish and international shares, government bonds, collective investments and other publically quoted traded securities.
