New homes plan approved for prime Lincoln development
The countdown to buying a fabulous new home in the heart of Lincoln in now on – following planning permission granted to Stamford Homes for a chic and stylish new development.
The development, to be known as “Oasis”, is located off Carholme Road in the heart of Lincoln, will boast 255 prestigious new homes – some overlooking the nearby golf course and others with canal-side views.
Plans to develop the site, comprising 189 houses and 66 apartments, were announced in March this year with planning permission granted just a few days a go.
The stunning range apartments, trendy coach houses, traditional two-storey homes and three-storey townhouses will be built on the site of the e2v manufacturing facility on Carholme Road.
The countdown to buying a new home at Oasis is now on – with the first due for completion next summer.
From January, potential customers will be able to reserve one of the new homes from plan. A sales office is due to open at the Oasis development in March, with a showhome following in late spring / early summer of next year.

The announcement marks a continuation of Stamford Homes’ long and successful relationship with Lincoln and the surrounding area.
