Barratt continues its successful Meet the Experts events this autumn, with a focus on Part Exchange at its Whippingham development Hawthorn Meadows on Saturday 6 November.

The housebuilder has experts on offer at the event including an independent financial advisor to offer advice and help find a way to get you into your dream home.

The event from 2pm offers the opportunity to find out more about Barratt’s Part Exchange scheme where Barratt acts as a guaranteed buyer for your existing home, leaving you free to purchase your dream new build home.

The spacious four bedroom Gloucester view home will also launch at the event, giving vistors the opportunity to imagine a new life at Hawthorn Meadows.

“For many, there is the complication of selling an existing home in order to buy a new one. And that is where our Part Exchange deals are proving to be invaluable,” said Barratt senior sales manager Zak Long. ”The scheme is very popular and attracts buyers from across the region.”

Part Exchange removes all the uncertainty associated with a move, particularly in today’s economic climate. Barratt is a guaranteed cash buyer – so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden costs – and people can stay in their old property until their new home is ready.

“Our dedicated Meet the Experts event makes it easy for anyone thinking about moving up the property ladder to speak to those in the know and make that dream home a reality.”

Part Exchange is available on a range of homes at Hawthorn Meadows including the four bedroom Gloucester priced from £280,995.

“The Gloucester design is a beautiful home offering buyers all they could ask for in terms of style and space,” said Zak. “We are very happy to be combining the quality of this detached house with the wonderful location at Hawthorn Meadows – an exciting proposition for those wishing to live in this wonderful area.”

“We are very much looking forward to showing visitors all that this eye-catching new home has to offer. I expect the Gloucester to be very popular so potential buyers need to come and view it quickly to be in with a chance of securing this new design for themselves.”

Hawthorn Meadows offers something for everyone with a wide range of styles and sizes of properties – from one bedroom coach houses to four bedroom houses.

The development enjoys a rural setting on the Isle of Wight and the village of Whippingham has strong links with royalty. It is only a five-minute walk to Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s summer home.

Nestling near the River Medina and a local mooring site on the eastern edge of Cowes, Hawthorn Meadows offers the perfect retreat for yachting enthusiasts. There is easy access to the rest of the island and to the mainland.
