David Wilson Homes rewards second-time buyers

West Sussex’s leading housebuilder is offering to reward customers for their loyalty by giving them thousands of pounds off their new home when they come back to buy for a second or third time.
David Wilson Homes is finding an increasing number of buyers returning to purchase homes from the company when the time comes to move. For example, when people with growing families need more space or older couples look to down-size after the children leave home.
“Brand loyalty is something usually associated with cars, newspapers and football clubs,” said Mark Docherty, sales director at David Wilson Homes.
“But not everyone realises that we have customers who return to buy from us a second, third or even fourth time when they need to move on. Our buyers tell us they like the style and quality of our new homes, which is very pleasing.”
“We pride ourselves on always offering value for money, the highest standards of workmanship and first-class customer service. We are also the only housebuilder to guarantee the fixtures and fittings in place at the time of purchase for five years.”
David Wilson Homes is offering every customer a Future Purchase Discount Certificate which will entitle them to a discount on subsequent homes bought from the company of £500 for every £25,000 (or part thereof) of the price. So on a new home priced at £301,000, return buyers would receive a £6,500 discount.
Homes currently available from David Wilson Homes in West Sussex include Roman Quarter in Chichester, Kings Acres in Littlehampton, Lillies Hill at Blake’s Mead in Felpham and Blenheim Park in Tangmere.
