With the average home in the Loughton area taking more than four months to sell, Redrow is offering buyers the chance to agree a sale for their current property in just 48 hours.

Part exchange is the hassle-free way to sell your existing house and pave the way to a brand new home. And Redrow is offering the incentive to purchasers of selected three and four-bedroom homes at The Rodings – a development that’s close to beautiful Epping Forest yet only a 30-minute tube hop from central London.

Latest figures from Home.co.uk show that the average property in Loughton is taking nearly seven weeks longer to sell than it did in January 2007, so Redrow’s offer to speed up the move is particularly attractive.

Suzanne Irons, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), explains: “For many people, the potential hassle that comes with selling their existing property could be all that stands in the way of them buying a brand new home.

“But with part exchange they don’t need to worry as Redrow will effectively act as cash buyer for their existing home, in many cases making an offer on their house within just 48 hours. They won’t have to worry about estate agent’s fees or getting stuck in a complicated housing chain.

Part exchange is available on the three-bedroom Cedar, priced at £326,950, and the four-bedroom Maple, priced at £339,950.

Suzanne added: “These properties are very low maintenance so busy families can move into them and enjoy family life without having to worry about the time-consuming, costly decorating and maintenance work that can come with owning an older property.

“All new homes at The Rodings feature Redrow’s latest interior specification, with an emphasis on open-plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances, plus sleek bathroom suites.”

Situated on Borders Lane, the development boasts an enviable location that combines urban living with access to a more rural lifestyle. A five minute walk away from Debden station, you can jump onto the tube and be in the hustle and bustle of London in just 30 minutes, while the breathtaking beauty of Epping Forest is only half a mile away.

A brand new phase of two, three and four-bedroom homes will be released for sale soon, giving buyers even more choice.
