N&P offers commission free share dealing
N&P (Norwich and Peterborough Building Society) is offering budding DIY investors commission free share dealing until the end of the year, PLUS a chance of winning a £500 hamper in a free prize draw. Time is running out to take advantage of these offers, so grab it while you can.
The commission free share dealing is available on all purchases of UK listed investments for new customers who open a N&P nominee trading account or a self-select Stocks and Shares ISA and will save them between £9.95 and £19.95 on each transaction until the London Stock Exchange (LSE) closes on 31st December.
In addition, all customers will get a chance to win a luxury Christmas hamper worth £500 every time they make a trade until the LSE closes on 10th December.
Danny McIntyre, N&P's share dealing product manager said: "This is a perfect opportunity for people who are thinking of investing in stocks and shares and we can offer them a quick and easy route into the stock market without incurring commission fees.
"This offer will appeal to a wide range of investors who want to build their own stock market investment portfolio, and covers shares, bonds and gilts, and the increasingly popular exchange traded funds (ETFs). With the ISA limit now at £10,200, investors can shelter their portfolio from tax through a N&P Stocks and Shares ISA. As an added bonus, for every trade made until 10th December, we are giving all our customers a chance to win a luxury Christmas hamper worth £500."
N&P offers a range of share dealing accounts including nominee and self-select Stocks and Shares ISAs which can be operated either by telephone or online, with the flexibility to track investments 24 hours a day. N&P's website offers a selection of research tools, including free access to share prices, previous performance charts, market news, company information and dividend announcements. Certificate dealing accounts are also available. Online commission rates start from £9.95 with no "inactivity" fees.
