Swap old for new with Miller Homes this Christmas

As children across the nation put in time and effort completing their Christmas wish lists, perhaps now is also the time for grown-ups to have their wishes come true!
A fantastic new purchase assistance initiative has just been launched by award winning house builder Miller Homes which will allow buyers (who qualify under the scheme’s term and conditions) to quite literally swap their old home for a new one.
Buyers who do qualify will be able to upgrade or downsize on selected properties; the choice is theirs!
“Our new and improved home exchange initiative, ‘MiSwap,’ is perhaps one of the best ways in which people who are looking to move home can benefit from a quick and easy solution’’, commented Jan Hanaby area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “No longer is home exchange associated with upgrading from your current home – now we can offer downsizing and sideways moves within the offer, subject to our terms and conditions.”
MiSwap is currently available on a range of properties at Flaxton Court, a popular Miller Homes development located just two miles from the centre of Bradford. A selection of new properties have been released including two bedroom apartments priced from £83,995 to four bedroom townhouses from £164,995.
Or, for those who may be struggling to secure a foot on the property ladder Miller Homes’ shared equity scheme ‘MiWay’ is also available on selected properties. ‘MiWay’ allows buyers to confidently own 100% of their property but pay from only 75% of the price now and the further 25% later. Customers arrange their own finance for the 75% part of the fee with Miller Homes providing a loan for the remaining 25%. Customers fulfil their loan obligations by paying back 25% of the value of their home when they sell or transfer it, or after 10 years – whichever is the soonest.
“Miller Homes continues to be committed to helping all potential buyers in a variety of ways,” commented Jan. “We pride ourselves on the quality and affordability of our homes and how we enable people to buy a Miller home for life. There really is no time to waste though, as home exchangers won’t be able to ‘swap’ for ever.
Flaxton Court is located in Tyersal around two miles from Bradford city centre, which is enjoying the benefits of an extensive regeneration programme. It has excellent commuter links with both the M1 and M62 and Leeds Bradford Airport is easily accessible.
