Get more home for your money in Gainsborough
First time buyers and other home-hunters in Lincolnshire have another chance to own 100 per cent of their new home while paying just 70 per cent of the price.
Thanks to the re-introduction of the Government-backed shared equity scheme, HomeBuy Direct, a two-bedroom home at Stamford Homes’ new development in Gainsborough will cost just £66,496.
This is based on the customer buying the home at the Marshall’s Rise development (priced at £94,995) under HomeBuy Direct.
Eligible customers can buy their dream home for 70 per cent of the price, with Stamford Homes and the Government meeting the remaining 30 per cent by means of a repayable loan.
HBD will be running at Marshall’s Rise for the next six months.
Around 100 stylish new homes are being built on the prime location next to the refurbished Marshall’s Yard retail park, and will include a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes – the first of which are due for completion next February.
Forward interest and reservations can be registered with Stamford Homes Connections Service which allows customers choose their home from plan before a sales and marketing suite has even been opened on a development.
Connections Manager Jo Beardsley-Morris said: “Connections enables our customers to get information about a development and cherry-pick their favourite new home.
“We would encourage people to come and talk to us about HomeBuy Direct which will only be available at the development for a limited time.”
