Following the huge success of phase one at Taylor Wimpey’s Cwrt Sant Pedr development in Swansea, the house builder is urging homebuyers to act quickly to secure a new home on the second phase of the site.

Demand has been so high for the development off Gors Avenue, Swansea, that ten properties were sold prior to construction even starting on the second phase. Now that building work has begun Taylor Wimpey is expecting even more properties to be snapped up off-plan by eager house hunters.
