New show home for Kilwinning

Celebrity chef John Quigley cooked up a storm in as he helped Redrow launch its New Heritage Collection in Kilwinning.
Designed with modern family living in mind, the New Heritage Collection combines the best of old and new and includes statement making kitchens with fashionable floor to ceiling units.
Mary McHutchison sales manager for Redrow Homes (Scotland), commented: “A large number of couples and families took the opportunity to look inside the show home over the opening weekend and we received lots of positive feedback. Many echoed comments made in earlier customer focus groups, saying that they liked the open plan layout of the property, which puts the kitchen at the heart of the home.
“John’s cookery demonstration was the perfect way to showcase the practicality of the integrated kitchen appliances and the convenience offered by the tall units and extra wide drawers.”
There were also performances from a children’s entertainer while visitors young and old alike were kept guessing with mind tricks.
Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection look traditional on the outside but are bright and modern inside.
The ‘Crieff’ show home has a convivial layout with a combined kitchen, dining area and family room, plus a separate lounge for privacy or more formal entertaining. Upstairs, the family bathroom is complemented by an en-suite to the master bedroom, both of which boast quality fixtures and fittings.
A ‘Crieff’ style property, similar to the show home, is on the market from £235,000.
“Buying a new home is a big decision and one that shouldn’t be taken lightly. With a visit to the show home at Whitehirst Grange house hunters can truly appreciate the layout and establish the quality and finish of our properties. Some may even choose to replicate the look that our teams of professional interior designers have created,” Mary said.
Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a short drive from the Ayrshire coast, Whitehirst Grange has plenty to offer home buyers with excellent leisure facilities including country parks, top golf courses and sandy beaches, plus good schools nearby.
Kilwinning is also close to the neighbouring towns of Irvine, Stevenston and Kilmarnock.
To experience all that a brand new Redrow home has to offer, visit the new show home at Whitehirst Grange, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
