Work has begun on one of the largest regeneration projects in Coventry with the launch of Persimmon Homes’ section of the Spirits Quarter development situated in the north east of the city.

Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands, explains Persimmon’s involvement with the project: “We, along with Keepmoat and Bovis Homes are extremely proud to be part of such an exciting scheme, which will bring a great deal of desirable new houses and a brand new community to the north east of the city. The £360 million regeneration will involve a 12 year build programme, which will not only bring new homes to the area, but a great deal of skilled employment.

“From extensive market research we have found there is a particular need for two, three and four bedroom houses which is why our Spirits Quarter will host a collection that will suit a wide variety of purchasers.”

Persimmon Homes has now opened its marketing suite at Spirits Quarter and is welcoming househunters and interested parties to come and view the plans for the development. Plus for those buying before Christmas, Persimmon is also offering a generous gift of an iPad.

Alison concludes: “At Persimmon we pride ourselves on building attractive new homes to suit a local market, which is why we believe our competitively priced homes at Spirits Quarter will be a success among Coventry homebuyers.”

Prices at the development start from £89,246 through the company’s shared equity option which is available on selected plots.

For further information on homes available, contact the marketing suite open Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 4pm.
