Stamford Homes take the hassle out of moving house

However, under Stamford Homes’ part exchange scheme all the hassle is taken out of the process, leaving you free to plan the move to your new home.

Under part exchange, Stamford Homes will obtain valuations on your existing property from local agents.

Providing you and the property meet certain criteria, Stamford Homes will then make you an offer for it, based on the valuation reports by the local estate agents.

Stamford Homes sales director Steve Woomble said; “The part exchange process takes away any hassle a customer may have in selling an existing property. It couldn’t be simpler – we buy yours, you buy ours and you move in!

“Whether you are looking to move now, this spring or even this summer, we have new homes ready for occupation as well as others due for completion between now and July 2011.”

Part exchange is currently available at the Renaissance development in New Waltham – where a selection of four-bedroom semi-detached, detached and townhouses are currently available.

Prices currently start from £179,950 for a four-bedroom home. A number of two-bedroom homes are also available, starting from £137,995.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm.
