It seems that new Redrow home owners are keen to share their experience – so much so, that 100% of those surveyed in the south east said they would recommend the company to family and friends.

The figures were obtained from the monthly ‘customer experience reports’ between July and September 2010 at Redrow developments across the region, including purchasers at Bramford Gardens, in Ipswich – a popular development with coast and countryside on its doorstep.

Redrow puts the questionnaire to all of it new home owners shortly after they have moved in. Of 33 responses from developments in Essex, Kent and Suffolk during this three month time period, every single one said they would recommend the developer and its homes.

Suzanne Irons, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “Customer satisfaction is our top priority and it’s great to get feedback like this that tells us we are doing our job correctly. Word of mouth is a fantastic sales tool and we’re delighted that so many of our purchasers are happy to recommend our homes to others.”

For those who want to join happy home owners at Bramford Gardens in Ipswich, Redrow currently has two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses available, with prices from just £99,950 to £179,950.

Initial outlay can be reduced further by taking advantage of Redrow’s ‘easi:buy’ incentive, which allows customers to put off paying 15% of the purchase price for up to 10 years. This means that a two-bedroom ‘Elmswell’ apartment can be secured for less than £85,000.

Because customers only need apply for a maximum 85% loan to value mortgage, they should hopefully get access to better interest rates and not need such a large deposit. They can repay the outstanding balance to Redrow when they have more funds available or come to resell.

Bramford Gardens enjoys a surprisingly tranquil location, just two miles from the heart of Ipswich. Drive into the development off Bramford Road and you’d never know you were so close to the town centre. The homes are close to the River Gipping and enjoy semi-rural surroundings.

The three-bedroom ‘Garford’ town house, at £179,950, has a car port, open plan kitchen-diner with French doors onto the garden, first floor lounge with French doors and Juliette balcony, ground floor cloakroom, plus en-suite to master bedroom. With ‘easi:buy’ it can be secured for an initial outlay of just under £153,000 – a family home at a truly affordable price.

As well as featuring Redrow’s superior specification, the new homes also have many advantages over the second-hand sector, including easy maintenance, in-built energy efficiency and no requirements for costly maintenance.

Good road and rail links from Ipswich make Bramford Gardens a great base for commuters to places like Cambridge, Norwich and even London, which is just 75 minutes by train.
