Halifax Clarity card introduces balance transfer cashback offer

Halifax Clarity card is introducing a balance transfer cashback offer for new customers throughout February.

The no fees credit card, launched last year by Halifax, is enhancing its fee free balance transfer with a 2% cashback offer for any new customers transferring balances onto the card within 90 days of opening the account.

The 2% cashback offer is available to all customers applying for the Clarity card from 20th January.

Customers can earn up to a maximum of £60 by transferring existing balances. The Clarity card is a clear and transparent credit card. The key features include:

No fees on balance transfers, no foreign exchange fees and no cash withdrawal fees, as well as having no annual fee. This significantly reduces the cost of using a credit card.

A simple low flat rate of 12.9% typical APR across all transactions means that customers can feel confident that however they use their card it will cost the same

In addition existing Halifax current account customers can earn £5 a month for using the Clarity credit card. This means customers with a Halifax Reward current account can now earn up to £120 in rewards each year, for using the Clarity card and Reward account
