Homebuyer Suky Mandier is so impressed with her new place at Taylor Wimpey’s The Boulevard development of property for sale in Coventry that she’s looking for a home for her brother there, too!

Suky Mandier, who moved into her three-bedroom ‘Broadway’ house in November, loves her new home so much she’s now looking at the choice of properties for sale in Coventry for her younger brother Ranjit to buy.

She says: “I went to the Sales Centre just last week to see what other houses they have, as my brother’s interested in buying a home here. My family love my new place – I think they want to move in, but it’s mine!”

Suky (40), an accounts clerk for a care company in Rugby, was living just ten minutes from The Boulevard when she decided it was time for a change – but it was important for her to stay close to her parents’ property in Coventry.
