Four fantastic apartments have already been snapped up at Bloor Homes’ Littlecombe development in Dursley, within days of opening the new show apartment.

A successful open weekend to promote the 12 spacious two-bedroom apartments generated lots of interest and with only eight apartments now remaining, anyone interested in purchasing a contemporary new home in a fantastic semi-rural location is urged to act quickly.

The Sanderling apartments feature an open plan living space - incorporating the kitchen, sitting and dining areas - which benefits from a floor to ceiling picture window that floods the room with light. The apartments also include a large main bedroom with ensuite shower room, a second double bedroom and bathroom, a cycle store and parking space. Many offer outstanding views of the surrounding area.

Prices start from just £129,950 but you could buy one at an even lower price – from a staggeringly low £110,458 - with Bloor Homes’ equity loan which will help you keep your mortgage payments down. Bloor may also be able to add to your deposit. And this means that buying a brand new home could work out cheaper than renting.

Now heading towards its conclusion, only 23 properties remain at Bloor Homes’ Littlecombe development which has witnessed continued strong interest in 2011. Eight properties have been reserved, including the four apartments, since the New Year.

While many residents are moving from other parts of Dursley, the site is also appealing to buyers from other areas – many from Bristol - due to the beautiful and convenient location, combined with quality homes that offer great value for money. The site is expected to be completed on schedule in late summer.

Along with the apartments, three and four-bedroom houses are also currently available and more five-bedroom houses are due in the coming months. Prices for the houses start from £219,950. If you have to sell your existing home before purchasing, Bloor Homes’ might be able to buy your house under their full value part exchange scheme, making this amazing price even more attractive.

Sales Adviser Sally Holt said: “The launch of our show apartment was a real success which created lots of interest from visitors. They are really distinctive, homes, built with materials and construction techniques that are sympathetic to the environment and offer fantastic value for money without compromising on quality or space, and you couldn’t wish for a better location. If you want to escape the bustle of city life after a hard day at work there, Littlecombe is a perfect place to set up home.”

Littlecombe is situated alongside the River Cam and is surrounded by countryside and yet it’s only a short train journey to Bristol (approx 40 minutes), Gloucester (approx 25 minutes) and Stroud (approx 50 minutes) – from the nearby Cam & Dursley Station.

For further information call into the on-site marketing suite which is open daily between 10.00am and 5.15pm.
