David and Gaynor Mead have hit upon the perfect combination of value, quality and location at Taylor Wimpey’s Foresthall Park development of property for sale in Stansted Mountfitchet.

For those seeking a new home in a superb location, Taylor Wimpey’s Foresthall Park development of houses for sale in Stansted Mountfitchet is the perfect place to choose, according to the Mead family.

Gaynor (47), David (45) and their children Robert (22) and Charlotte (18) have been delighted with life in their four-bedroom ‘Malbury’ house since moving to the new community of property in Stansted Mountfitchet in September.

“The village has got it all,” enthuses David, a National Express coach driver based at Stansted Airport, which lies within easy reach of the development of houses in Stansted Mountfitchet.

“You get the best of both worlds with Stansted Mountfitchet. It’s very picturesque and surrounded by some great countryside which is great for walking, and so on. But the village also has plenty of amenities you need for everyday life, such as the doctors, shops, pubs and places to eat.

“The transport links are also excellent as you can walk to the village railway station in a matter of minutes from the development, and be in London in an hour.

“We have moved from the hamlet of Great Halingbury, which is five miles down the road, but Stansted Mountfitchet is much better for us, as there’s so much more going on, but it’s still rural.”

The Meads bought their ‘Malbury’ off-plan, using Taylor Wimpey’s popular Part Exchange scheme.

David says: “The whole process went extremely well, and was a bit of a godsend because in today’s property market, it can take a long time to sell.

“But with Part Exchange we didn’t have to worry about that, or a property chain, so it worked out very well for us.

“We’re delighted with the house we have got. The rooms are very spacious, and there’s plenty of living space downstairs, which is something we really wanted.”

The Part Exchange initiative sees Taylor Wimpey purchase a customer’s existing property from them, eliminating the property chain altogether and allowing them to sit back, relax and look forward to moving to a brand new maintenance-free home.

Part Exchange customers receive the market value of their current property, based on the average of independent professional valuations, with the agreed sum deducted from the price of their brand new purchase.

A stunning selection of family-sized homes is available to buy through the Part Exchange scheme now at Foresthall Park, including three-bedroom houses priced from just £259,950, four-bedroom designs from only £299,950 and five-bedroom houses from as little as £499,950.

For further details of the full range of homes available through Part Exchange at Foresthall Park, property-seekers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Foresthall Road, Stansted Mountfitchet, and open seven days a week from 10am until 5.30pm Tuesday to Sunday and 10am until 2pm on Mondays.
