Leading local homebuilder, Persimmon Homes South Midlands, prides itself on building beautiful new homes in sought-after locations and nowhere is this more apparent than at the company’s Lacewood Gardens development in Alvechurch, which has received over 1,000 visitors since the site launched in December.

“On average we expect to see between ten and 15 househunters a week at any one of our new developments, so the fact that Lacewood Gardens is receiving over 100 per week is a real testament to the fact that we’re offering extremely desirable new homes in a key property hot spot,” comments Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands.

To cope with the level of demand, the marketing suite is double and at times triple manned with Persimmon’s expert sales advisers, to enable each househunter to discuss their individual situation and to view the range of properties on offer.

Currently available at Lacewood Gardens, which is located off Tanyard Lane in Alvechurch, is a selection of two, three and four bedroom semi and detached properties, with prices starting from £174,995 for the two bedroom Conisbrough housetype and from £299,995 for the four bedroom traditional Anvil design.

Alison concludes: “Thanks to the great level of interest we’ve received Lacewood Gardens is officially our most popular development on record, so I’d definitely urge househunters looking for somewhere truly special to call home to come and visit our development before they miss out on buying in this highly enviable location.”

Lacewood Gardens is located within walking distance to the heart of Alvechurch, which hosts a number of local conveniences including shops and restaurants. The nearby towns of Redditch and Bromsgrove are both within five miles, while Birmingham city centre is just 11 miles to the north of Alvechurch. In addition, with close proximity to the train station and the M42, residents at Lacewood Gardens will benefit from excellent transport links to the rest of the country.
