Persimmon launches deposit paid incentive in Lowestoft
The opinion from some quarters states that it could take 17 years to save enough for a mortgage deposit . However, Lowestoft-based Persimmon Homes Anglia has hit back to offer first time buyers in the region a much needed lifeline.
The developer has agreed to pay buyers’ five per cent deposit on selected plots, to aid first time buyers and those struggling to save a large deposit in buying a brand new home at the Lark Rise development in Carlton Colville.
