New homes in Bilston have the 'wow' factor

Homebuyers in Bilston have been flocking to Chestnut Walk to view new Redrow homes.

In the first few days some 200 people visited the development to see inside the four-bedroom ‘Shrewsbury’ and three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ show homes.

A three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ similar to the show home, is available from £179,995. Four-bedroom properties are available in a choice of styles, priced from £194,995.

Redrow has calculated that it could cost around £30,000 to bring an older, three-bedroom property up to the same standard of one of its new homes.
