Crest Nicholson tops customer satisfaction survey

Crest Nicholson is celebrating double five-star success after customers gave the company an overwhelming vote of confidence in the latest Customer Satisfaction Survey from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
The new home developer, which is building Park Central in Birmingham city centre, was awarded the highest rating of five stars based on both 'Quality of Build' and 'Recommendation' in the 6th annual HBF survey of home buyers in the 12 month period from October 2009 to September 2010. The survey’s results confirm Crest Nicholson’s own independent customer care research which found 9/10 purchasers would be happy to recommend the company to a friend.
Having recently celebrated record first quarter sales at Park Central following the launch of its latest phase, Lower Parkside, Crest Nicholson is keen to highlight the emphasis it places on customer satisfaction and welcomed the positive feedback from the Home Builders Federation.

The HBF’s national survey was conducted through a postal census of new home purchasers of 15 national home builders. Despite the wider economic climate resulting in one of the most difficult periods in the home building industry’s history, Crest Nicholson’s commitment to maintaining standards in construction and customer care were reflected in it being one of just six home builders to receive five star ratings in both areas.
