Taylor Wimpey Continues Its Investment In Plymouth

Leading house builder Taylor Wimpey Exeter has continued its investment in Plymouth after exchanging contracts to purchase the land opposite its Boundary Place development on Tavistock Road.

The housebuilder will now apply for planning permission to transform the site into a stylish selection of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “After exchanging contracts we’re delighted to now be in a position to move forward with our plans for the site. We’re committed to bringing high quality homes to the region and expect this new development to replicate the success we’ve already experienced in Plymouth.”

Taylor Wimpey Exeter is currently building a collection of two, three and four bedroom contemporary homes at a number of developments in Plymouth including Boundary Place, The Limes at Warleigh Village and Warleigh Village. The homes are designed to suit a range of requirements and budgets with prices starting from just £134,995.

The house builder has also been granted planning permission for a re-plan of phases five and six at the Warleigh Village development offering even more choice to house hunters in Plymouth.
