‘Country home’ joy for city couple in Nassington

IT manager Matt (38) said: “My previous experience of buying with the former Stamford Homes was a really good one, and I knew they built houses to high specification – so was delighted to find that there was a development in Nassington which met our criteria.

“We moved from our existing Peterborough home through the part exchange scheme, which not only hastened the moving process for us, but took away the hassle that comes with selling a house. The company obtained valuations on our behalf, put our house on the market, leaving us free to reserve at Whittington’s Meadow.”

Both Matt and Catherine (33) are able to enjoy additional benefits of their new four-bedroom, stone built home and its surroundings – with an added studio that allows them the flexibility to work from home.
