Bosch Car Service, the UK’s leading network of independent garages, has released results of its annual customer satisfaction survey, achieving consistently high scores with its customers.

99% of respondents – service and repair customers of various Bosch Car Service garages – rated the overall experience they received as either ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ and 99% said they would use the same BCS garage again. 99% said work was clearly discussed and that invoices were clear and accurate, 98% said their vehicle was ready for collection at the time agreed, and 97% said the total cost of repair work was in line with the estimate.

Howard Price, Concept Manager at Bosch Car Service, said: “The results of the survey are very significant for all garages associated with the network and everyone involved in achieving such a high level of customer satisfaction should be proud. The Bosch Car Service scheme offers its network of garages constant support, training and access to all the latest testing and diagnostic equipment. This is how we are able to reach and maintain such high levels of satisfaction among our customers. We promote transparency, value-for-money and exceptional customer service, which are all factors essential to ensuring the best possible customer experience.”

When asked to rate the attitude of staff, 99.3% of almost 3,500 customers surveyed said either good or excellent in terms of helpfulness, efficiency and politeness. When asked to rate the overall service given, 99% said either ‘good’ (10.7%) or ‘excellent’ (88.6%).

Bosch Car Service, which formed in 2003, recently celebrated reaching a historic company milestone when A & K Gifford, of Holsworthy in Devon, became the 500th member to join its network.
