Official badminton appointment for Gullivers Sports Travel

Gullivers Sports Travel has been appointed as the Official Travel Partner for the Yonex BWF World Badminton Championships in London, 2011 (8th – 14th August 2011).

The UK based sports tour operator will be responsible for organising accommodation and assisting with transport provision for all official parties during the tournament. This will include players, support staff, media, officials, the local organising committee, sponsors and volunteers.

Gullivers Sports Travel will also be the only tour operator offering official supporters packages for the event.

Held at Wembley Arena, this will be the third time England has hosted the World Championships, but only the first time they have been staged in London.

Packages to see the world’s fastest racquet sport played at Wembley are now on sale. There are a variety of packages available which can include a Wembley Stadium Tour and a Champagne Flight on London Eye. Packages start from £203 per person for the Bronze Tour 4 (13th – 15th August 2011), including two nights B&B accommodation at the 4* Holiday Inn Kensington Forum, premium seated match tickets for Sunday (Finals Day) and a two day London Travelcard.
