Choosing a new home can be tricky when you are faced with dilemmas of various new home developments and a selection of older properties too.

If you think that you perhaps can’t afford to buy new then you may be pleasantly surprised if you visit your local Miller Homes development, Flaxton Court, located on the outskirts of Bradford.

The development which boasts two, three and four bedroom properties offers a variety of choice and, with purchase initiatives available, there are ways in which you could buy your brand new home for life making it easier than you thought.

“Our Flaxton Court development represents excellent value for money in comparison with other similar properties,” commented Jan Hanaby area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Similar sized properties located closer to Leeds are considerably more expensive whereas buyers can enjoy a superb home and all the facilities of nearby Leeds and Bradford right on their doorstep.”

Miller Homes’ recent buyer barometer survey discovered that over 58% of people who are looking to move want more space and that 31% of the Yorkshire regions residents are looking to move, suggesting that the housing market is buoyant. In order, to purchase the home of your dreams it is worth considering all your options.

“Other attractions of buying new include low maintenance requirements, efficient running costs and being able to enjoy your new home without doing anything more taxing than hanging pictures,” commented Jan. “Older homes can be a drain on finances and, with such lovely new homes available in this popular area, we urge you to pay us a visit soon and see how we can help you.”

Homes currently available at Flaxton Court include a spacious three bedroom property priced at £134,995 and a four bedroom townhouse for just £159,995.
Two bedroom apartments are also available and are priced from £83,995 (or just £62,996 with MiWay)

MiWay is Miller Homes shared equity scheme which allows buyers to confidently own 100% of their property but pay from only 75% of the price now - and the further 25% later. (Subject to terms and conditions). The percentage you receive will depend on your circumstances.) Customers are able to arrange their own finance for the 75% of the fee (or whatever percentage you qualified for) with Miller Homes providing the remaining amount.

Flaxton Court is located in a suburb of Bradford. There are excellent community facilities and access to the motorway network is also close by.

To discover how you can benefit from buying new why not visit the sales centre at Flaxton Court. It is open Thursday – Monday from 10.30am – 5.30pm.
