Infiniti joins Red Bull Formula One Show Run Torino 2011

Infiniti, the global luxury automotive brand from Japan, has announced participation in the Red Bull Formula One Show Run Torino 2011.
 
As part of the global marketing agreement with Red Bull Racing (covering the 2011 and 2012 Formula One seasons), Infiniti has high-profile branding present on the RB7 racing car, drivers’ clothing, team uniforms, team equipment and a strong marketing activation plan that allows great visibility to the partnership on many different occasions.
 
Planned for Saturday 30th April in Turin, the Red Bull Formula One Show Run Torino 2011 event is an extraordinary occasion where a Formula One car from the 2010 Championship winning team Red Bull Racing will be driven along a 2km route in the city centre of Turin.
 
Two Infiniti G Cabrios will open the exhibit that will give the Turin audience an opportunity to admire the Red Bull Racing car which will be driven alternatively by Mark Webber and Jaime Alguersuari along the 2km route in the city centre.
 
The show will begin at 3.00 pm on the “racetrack” when “star” Mark Webber will drive the single seater on the historical streets of the first Italian capital. The start and ending point of the city loop will be Vittorio Veneto Square where the paddock area will also be set up.
 
The event is set to last three laps and also includes a bike driven by Chris Pfeiffer, the German four-times Stunt Riding World Champion (2003, 2007, 2008, 2009), who is expected to deliver his spectacular performances on two wheels.
 
Part of the convoy will also be a classic car and a racing car developed by Turin University students (Politecnico Torino).
