Half price contents insurance offer at Clydesdale and Yorkshire

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks are launching a half price contents insurance deal next Monday 16th May 2011.

The Banks - which launched a half price mortgage fee offer earlier this month - will halve contents insurance fees for anyone purchasing buildings insurance cover with Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank.  The offer applies to customers who request a quote before July 2nd, 2011.

This deal is for standard contents and buildings insurance policies underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance and includes a standard sum of £50,000 for contents and £400,000 for buildings cover.

The policy also includes cover for contents in open spaces, such as gardening equipment and furniture, as well as up to £7,500 for high risk items in the home, such as paintings and watches.
