Taylor Wimpey is hosting a special celebration at its Priory Gardens development of new homes in Pipe Gate, near Market Drayton, where the new ‘Manor’ showhome is being unveiled.

Lashings of delicious summer sandwiches and traditional cream teas will be served at a quintessentially English launch of the new showhome at Priory Gardens, Taylor Wimpey’s attractive development of property for sale in Pipe Gate, near Market Drayton.

Discerning Shropshire property-seekers are cordially invited to the leading housebuilder’s English Garden Party, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May, to mark the official opening of the ‘Manor’ showhome at this sought-after development of houses for sale in Pipe Gate.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, says: “Garden parties are a wonderful English institution, and what better way to launch our beautiful new showhome than with one of our very own at Priory Gardens, our prestigious development of property for sale in Shropshire.

“While we are hoping the weather over the weekend will be anything but typically English, we can guarantee party-goers will be taken aback by the exquisitely decorated and furnished ‘Manor’ showhome.”

The ‘Manor’ is an imposing five-bedroom detached house with a spacious central entrance hallway leading to a large lounge, which in turn opens through French doors to the private rear garden.

A semi-open-plan kitchen/breakfast area with handy utility room also boasts access to the garden, while a separate dining room, a study and a guest cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, an en-suite guest bedroom and three further bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom, while outside, the property benefits from a detached double garage.

Priory Gardens comprises properties designed to respect the architectural traditions of the local area, constructed using high-quality building materials.

The homes will each boast a generous private garden and will be set within a quiet cul-de-sac, with the carefully landscaped grounds of the development retaining a selection of mature trees and green open spaces for residents to enjoy.

The development is located within walking distance of village amenities which include a post office and primary school, while the pretty town of Market Drayton, which offers a lively weekly street market and a wide selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, is about five miles from the development.

The town also boasts a stunning 14th Century church which dominates its skyline, and the 66-mile Shropshire Union Canal runs close to the centre of Market Drayton, providing the perfect setting for scenic walks and cycling.

Crewe railway station is located 13 miles from Priory Gardens and operates frequent services to London, Manchester, Birmingham and Chester. Commuters will also appreciate that the A53 is a short drive away and provides quick links to the M6 motorway.

For days out, Priory Gardens is well placed, with Dorfold Hall and Ford Green Hall, Stafford Castle and Beeston Castle, Lilleshall Abbey and Stafford’s The Ancient High House all within easy reach. A range of sports and leisure facilities can be found in Market Drayton and in nearby Shrewsbury.

Property-seekers can attend the English Garden Party and view the ‘Manor’ showhome at Priory Gardens, off London Road, Pipe Gate, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May between 11am and 5pm. The development is also open during the same hours, Thursday to Monday.
