Despite the country being in the depths of recession one Stratford businesses is going from strength to strength.

The Falstaff Experience on Sheep Street made famous by television show 'Most Haunted' and Terry Deary's 'Horrible Histories Guide to Stratford' has had an exciting first half of the year expanding its product ranges, staff and a huge increase in its number of school groups. The re-imagined by day to Tudor World, by Creative Director Janet Ford is now a must for all schools studying Tudor history. The privately run museum now regularly entertains and educates 3 different schools a week, as well as European groups and pensioner groups. By offering value for money and a personalised and flexible experience its merry-go-round of tours, workshops and shows are enjoyed by teachers and pupils alike.

The Falstaff Experience though famous throughout the paranormal world has not been content to rest on its laurels. Developing new products to maintain interest from paranormal fans and to create new interest from the mainstream entertainments. Guests can now enjoy the Stratford Pub Ghost Tour led by Dashing Jack or experience the ground breaking 'Theatre of Fear' - a combination of theatre, ghost hunting and psychic/mediumship.

The famous Lantern Lit tours have continued to grow in popularity. This has seen extra times added on a Thursday for guests to enjoy the tours. To cope with the demand the Falstaff Experience has had to employ 3 new tour guides. Executive Director John Ford said " We have seen a big growth in the education side of the business. To cope with demand we have had to hire more staff, and create a brochure detailing the many education experiences we have to offer. Whilst the paranormal side of the business has been steady we want to increase demand by making it more accessible to a mainstream audience. The success of the Pub Ghost Tour highlights the strength of this strategy."
