Taylor Wimpey Manchester promises to pay more for your home

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey Manchester has promised to pay you more for your current home this weekend (21st and 22nd May) – at a special event at the Farrier’s Green development in Sandbach, Hayes Green in Cadishead and The Oaks in Leyland.

The housebuilder’s popular part exchange scheme usually gives buyers 100% of the agreed price for their current home, but for this weekend only, the housebuilder will pay more – giving you extra money at no extra expense.

Using part exchange means that Taylor Wimpey will act as your cash buyer for your old property – removing the strain of trying to sell your home on the open market. Taylor Wimpey will undertake a survey, agree a price and set a completion date, cutting out costly chains and estate agent’s fees.
