1st June 2011 Print

As part of this year’s Tour Taiwan 100 campaign, Taiwan Tourism Bureau is offering UK holidaymakers the chance to visit the National Palace Museum, one of the must-see tourist sights in Taipei, free of charge.

Visitors simply need to email Taiwan@saltmarshpr.co.uk in order to claim their admission voucher, which usually costs160NT$ (£3*) per person, before they leave.

National Palace Museum holds the largest and most valuable collection of Chinese artefacts and national treasure in the world, from the collections of the Song Dynasty (960-1279AD), the Yuan, Ming, Cing dynasties and republican periods up to the present day.
