A brand new development of luxury new homes in the popular and leafy area of Nascot Wood in North Watford is already proving pitch perfect amongst discerning homebuyers who have moved quickly to reserve off-plan.

Situated on Nascot Wood Road, Harmonia Court, from Kebbell Homes, is the redevelopment of the former Watford School of Music and its surrounding land into 22 spacious apartments and two charming three-bedroom lodge houses.

Despite work at the development not expected to be finished for some months, eight homes have already been reserved by eager homebuyers keen to ensure they don’t fall flat and miss out on this fantastic opportunity, with many more enquiries also received. Prices of the remaining apartments start from £280,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Hilary Judd, Kebbell Sales Representative at Harmonia Court, comments, “I believe the development’s excellent location and unique design have been instrumental in the early crescendo of interest we have received here and the number of off-plan reservations. Being situated on a lovely road within a leafy suburb has generated lots of enquiries from local people passing. Whilst outside of town we’re still just ten minutes from Watford Junction railway station which makes it ideal for anyone wishing to commute.”

She continues, “We’ve had a real mixture of enquiries, from people who believe this could be the perfect place to downsize to first time buyers looking at plans for our two one-bedroom apartments. Another noteworthy point is that the homes here are quite unique as every single one is slightly different, either in design or size, meaning no two properties are the same.”

The redevelopment of the former Watford School of Music at Harmonia Court has seen a handsome Victorian red brick house sensitively refurbished into eight stylish and comfortable apartments which retain as many of the original features as possible. Two new three-bedroom lodge houses have also been built whilst a further 14 brand new two-bedroom apartments are coming soon within two exceptionally attractive buildings.

With quiet leafy parks and expansive open spaces, vibrant bistros, restaurants and shops and superb transport links, Harmonia Court really does offer the best of all worlds. The lively and cosmopolitan town of Watford provides superior shopping, relaxed dining and a tantalising choice of social, cultural and entertainment possibilities. For those who prefer the more relaxed lifestyle the town is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with an abundance of open spaces, quiet leafy parks and local beauty spots all within easy reach such as the 190 acres of parkland at Cassiobury Park, which runs alongside the Grand Union Canal.

Commuting and travel from Harmonia Court could not be easier with superb road and rail links close by. London Euston can be reached in under 20 minutes from Watford Junction main line station whilst the Watford Metropolitan line station provides a convenient underground service into Baker Street and the City in under 45 minutes. The nearby M1 and M25 provide easy access to the motorway network and destinations across the country or even abroad with Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton Airports all within driving distance.
