Annual smart Rally to Brighton

The fifth annual smart Rally is taking place on Sunday 24 September.

The start venue is Mercedes-Benz World, the new multi million pound brand experience centre being developed at the historic Brooklands racing circuit in Weybridge, Surrey.

It is expected that more than 1,000 participants will join the colourful convoy of smart cars, which sets off at 10.00 hrs. The finish venue is Brighton Racecourse, Freshfield Road, Brighton, which will be open from 11.30 hrs.

At Brighton Racecourse, visitors will be able to buy smart merchandise, and there will be music, food and refreshments. smart will also be holding a number of competitions to find the best modified, best kept and best dressed smart.

It’s fitting this year that our state of the art, Mercedes-Benz World, facility is being used as the start venue. Once open, this will have a dedicated area to showcase smart and visitors will be immersed in the passion and innovation of all the Mercedes Car Group brands.”
