Halifax Home Insurance boosts ‘Free Day for Life' offer

Halifax Home Insurance has re-launched its ‘Free Day for Life' offer, this time giving all customers who take out a new combined buildings and contents home insurance policy a £50 cheque as well as a free day of home insurance every week for life.

The ‘Free Day for Life' boosted offer, launched in Halifax branches on 6th June and will be available until 22nd July 2011. It consists of three parts:

a free day of insurance every week for life, a £50 cheque and an additional weekly treat of a free Blockbuster movie or game rental every Sunday for a year which could be worth as much as £325.

The ‘free day' of home insurance is equivalent to a14.3% discount but customers will still benefit from full comprehensive home insurance cover including unlimited sum insured buildings and contents cover and personal claim consultants, when Halifax believes extra help is required for more complicated claims. With the addition of a £50 cheque and a free Blockbuster movie or game rental every Sunday for year, Halifax Home Insurance is urging customers to act quickly to take up the enhanced offer before it ends next month.

To benefit from the deal, customers simply need to buy a new combined buildings and contents policy available online.
