Yorkshire flavour at The Copthorne Hotel Sheffield

The innovative 18Fifty5 restaurant at the Copthorne Hotel Sheffield is getting involved with the Sheffield Food festival by celebrating delicious Yorkshire produce.

From 4th – 10th July 2011 diners at 18Fifty5 can enjoy the finest award-winning cuisine, using some of the best ingredients that Yorkshire has to offer.

Two courses at the ‘Uniquely Yorkshire Flavour’ event at the 18Fifty5 restaurant are priced at £15.00, with three courses at £18.00.

Wakefield born Head Chef, John Lyons, commented: “18Fifty5 has now been established as a leading name in the city for delivering good quality, modern food at affordable prices. We’re delighted to be working with the Sheffield Food Festival and my team has enjoyed putting together this Yorkshire Flavour menu, utilizing much of the bounteous supply of ingredients produced in Yorkshire.”
