Interest levels high for Barratt ahead of Cullompton launch

18th June 2011 Print

Househunters looking for a brand new home in Cullompton can register their interest now in Barratt’s new development Kingfisher Reach.

The leading housebuilder says interest in the new homes is already high and potential buyers can register their interest now to be among the first to hear the details of the new development.

Two, three and four bedroom homes are planned for Kingfisher Reach and sales director Caroline Hill said the team is looking forward to the official launch of the development.

“We are thrilled to be launching Kingfisher Reach at a time of such interest,” said Caroline. “The demand for homes like these in this particular area has been growing for some time.

Kingfisher Reach is situated just off the Tiverton Road on the Northern edge of the town, Cullompton, within a few minutes walk of the town centre and beautiful open farm land.

The town’s stunning scenery, mild climate and relaxed way of life make it a desirable place to live. With its position in the heart of some of the finest scenery in the West Country combined with its individual charm, it is an ideal rural retreat for any family.

Children will particularly love Knightswood Play Area, which has impressive plans in place to give it a £35,000 makeover. Cullompton also offers a good choice of shops, banks, supermarkets, transport facilities, an excellent sports centre and good local schools.

Affectionately nicknamed the ‘gateway to Devon’ – Cullompton is well situated in mid Devon lying adjacent to the River Culm and the M5 motorway. The town is also located just a 25 minute drive from Exeter and Taunton, which both have a lot to offer anyone in the local area.

Exeter is a modern day city still full of character and ancient history, able to offer all the amenities and comforts you could wish for. Plus a visit to Taunton will also provide you and your family with a genuine Somerset experience with a great choice of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

“Buyers have been waiting so patiently for this special development to be unveiled,” said Caroline. “And I know they won’t be disappointed. In fact, I expect these delightful new homes to be centre of attention during the coming weeks and months.

“Anyone interested in Kingfisher Reach should register with us soon to be in with the chance of making an early choice here.”
