New website sheds light on holiday home ownership

Holiday Home Information (holidayhomeinformation.co.uk) has launched to provide owners and prospective owners with a complete understanding of the ownership experience.

For the first time the entire lifecycle of ownership from what to buy, where to buy, running and letting issues and how to sell a holiday property is documented.

Focussing initially on UK ownership, the site explores in greater depth issues such as Energy Performance Certificates for holiday lets, the Staycation and second home house prices.

The website has been created by a number of holiday letting professionals with a track record of success in the self-catering industry in South West England. By experiencing and excelling in the lettings industry they have seen at first hand the issues and opportunities faced by holiday home owners. Articles have also been contributed by industry experts to provide a unbiased and independent view of ownership.
