Nights up and prices down at top parks group

23rd June 2011 Print

Forecasts of a sizzling summer have prompted a leading holiday parks group to add 100,000 extra nights to the year in an effort to satisfy demand.

Park Holidays UK has created the thousands of new bed-nights by increasing the number of holiday caravans to let on its 22 parks in Southern England.

The move, says the company, has also allowed it to take down the cost of many main season holidays.

Savings of up to 50 percent are being offered for on-line bookings - and mean a family of four can now enjoy a week-long break in August from around £470.00.

Shorter three and four night breaks in the school holidays can now be had from just £200.00.

The costs include accommodation in a caravan holiday home, use of all the park's facilities, and a free pass for all guests which gives access to the professional nightly entertainment.

Details of the offers, which are updated hourly, are posted on the Park Holidays UK website - and the company also has a help-line to give advice on locations and current deals.
